For over 50 years I have made it my business to ensure my instruments, amplifiers and all the associated gear perform at the highest possible level. I’ve learned very early on that few things felt as bad as investing all the effort required to make it to a gig, live performance, recording session or rehearsal, only to find an issue with your rig robbing you of your confidence and destroying the vibe.

Having cared so deeply about my craft I made the lifelong of doing whatever it took to be to mitigate all issues possible via my commitment to rigorous preparation. The effort has paid off in allowing me to be positioned for success every time I perform. Comfort and predictability with my instruments from the strings to the speakers and every piece of gear in-between is the key to extracting the best I can give with my hands and ears.

The mfg guitar tech approach is a bit different than the typical menu of services one commonly finds in a repair shop.

Our method starts with assessing the unique needs of each individual instrument to produce an action plan that will bring the instrument to perform at its highest potential.
